Returns & Refunds

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Please email hello@laylart.com before sending anything back.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Customised or personalised orders
  • Calendars that have been opened, written in, or used in any way

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hello@laylart.com with a photo of the damage. I'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.

Refunds

Once I've received and inspected your return, I'll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

I only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please email hello@laylart.com.

Return shipping

Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For items over £50, I'd recommend using a tracked service — I can't take responsibility for returns that don't reach me.
