Refund policy

Returns

I hope you’ll love your artwork, but if you need to return something, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so. After 30 days, unfortunately I can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Customised or personalised items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:

  • Items with signs of use

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to my error)

  • Returns made after 30 days


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it can take a little while to post).

  3. Contact your bank.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered if an item is defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email info@laylart.com and send your item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

  • If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or the order was shipped to the giver, the refund will go to them.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • If returning an item worth over £50, please use a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.


Final Notes

I take great care in packaging and inspecting every order before it leaves my studio. If your item arrives damaged or you’re unhappy for any reason, please get in touch. I’ll always do my best to make it right.
