Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are carefully packaged in my studio in Malvern. I usually ship within 1–3 business days of receiving your order. If there’s ever a delay (for example during busy seasonal periods), I’ll let you know straight away by email.

Shipping Destinations

I currently ship within the UK mainland, to Canada, to non-Eu countries and selected countries in Asia.

Please note: Orders to Europe and Northern Ireland are paused until further notice. I’ll update this policy as soon as I’m able to resume shipping to those regions.

Packaging

I take great care to make sure your artwork arrives safely.

  • Prints and calendars are wrapped and sent in rigid mailers or tubes (depending on size).

  • Cards and smaller items are packaged flat in protective sleeves and sturdy envelopes.

UK Delivery

Orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail. Most parcels arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

International Delivery

I ship worldwide. Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard or a courier service depending on the destination. Delivery times vary, but typically:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 2–3 weeks (please allow up to 6 weeks during busy seasons)

  • Australia & Rest of World: 2–4 weeks (please allow up to 8 weeks during busy seasons)

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs checks and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Busy Seasons and Delays

During peak times of the year, such as November and December, delivery services can take considerably longer. While most parcels arrive within the timeframes above, international orders - particularly to the USA - have on occasion taken up to 6 weeks to arrive. I always recommend ordering early if you’re buying for Christmas or a special occasion.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch at info@laylart.com. I’ll do my best to track it and resolve any issues.
