An original reduction linocut print of a winter landscape, capturing the shapes, colours and atmosphere of the countryside during the colder months. Hand-carved and hand-printed in my studio in the Malvern Hills, this limited-edition print is part of my collection of British landscape linocuts.
The bare trees and layered landscape give the scene its wintry character, with strong shapes and contrasting colours creating a sense of depth across the countryside.
Each print is individually printed by hand, so small variations are part of the character of an original handmade print.
